a) Holding a bachelor’s degree; for degrees obtained abroad, having an equivalency certificate approved by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK),

b) Having an ALES score determined in the specific application requirements, not less than 55. (Applicants who have previously graduated from any doctoral program are exempt from the ALES requirement; their ALES score will be evaluated as 55),

c) Meeting the specific requirements stated in the announcement.

a) Holding a bachelor’s or a Master’s degree with thesis (Students who were enrolled in non-thesis master’s programs before 06/02/2013 and have graduated may apply to doctoral programs),

b) For degrees obtained abroad, having an equivalency certificate approved by YÖK,

c) Applicants applying with a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00,

ç) For admission to doctoral programs, having at least 55 points (within the last 5 years) from YDS, YÖKDİL, or internationally recognized foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by YÖK, excluding the applicant’s native language,

d) Having an ALES score (within the last 5 years) determined in the specific application requirements, not less than 55 for applicants with a master’s degree and not less than 80 for applicants with a bachelor’s degree,

e) Meeting the specific requirements stated in the announcement.
